Drive-Thru Links Have Been Sent (Again)

Thank you all for your patience as we dealt with the DTRPG file issue. We sent new links to the new files overnight--and they should be working. Please let me know if you have any issues with the new links. (The old links still won't work--we had to clear that product out and start over.)
In other news: the printed books are en route and we hope to have them at Knight Owl HQ some time in June! I'll keep you updated on their status.
DTRPG PDF Update

Thank you for your patience while we deal with the SNAFU we had over at DTRPG. I think we have it all straightened out and should be able to send out the new links soon.
Basically, there was a problem with the way we set up the initial product. We will have to create a new product at DriveThru for the Vanilla Adventure PDF, and separate products for the add-ons--which means that everyone will receive all new download links, which should work perfectly. 🤞
In the meantime, the BackerKit files are fine and you can still access all of the digital content there.

Digital Update

Hey all--
We sent out links to the digital downloads from BackerKit earlier today. Please let me know if you have any issues with them, as there are a lot of files.
We also had a slight problem with the DTRPG distribution. You may have gotten an email from them with links, but they are probably not working. We will take care of it and send out new links to the correct files soon.

Digital Fulfillment Update

I had BackerKit send out the final notices yesterday, and they give a 48-hour window for you to make any final changes or to fill out your surveys. If you haven't done so already, check your surveys and make sure everything looks good.
As soon as the window closes, BackerKit will lock the orders down and charge your cards, at which point I will be able to send out links for all of the digital files. There are a lot of things included in this project, so please let me know if there are any problems, or if I missed anything.
There were a lot of digital VTT maps and the accumulation of them was big enough that we sent those out as a Google Drive download link with the surveys. I can always resend the link if you need it.
DTRPG links to all the files will also be coming very soon.

Digital Fulfillment is Iminent!

Hey all—
We’ve received most of your backer surveys and are just about ready to begin digital fulfillment. We’ll be distributing files in two ways:
- Everyone will receive download links through BackerKit
- Everyone will receive download links through DriveThruRPG
To ensure you receive your files, please complete your survey if you haven’t already. Head over to BackerKit now and make sure everything is filled out.
(You should be able to click on the Your Pledges & Surveys link in your user menu to check your survey status--this is also where you will go to download your files.)
We’ll send out the BackerKit links tomorrow (Wednesday, May 13), so keep an eye out for those. DriveThruRPG links will follow on Thursday.
There are quite a few files in this project, so occasional issues are possible. If you run into any problems, please let us know.
